The original RWBY english is so good because the cartoon was meant for english dub and it is original. however Ice Queendom was meant for JP dub as its original. And that's mean english dub is so weird. Weiss's japanese voice actress was so good especially during the voice of her cute moment (end of episode 11). English voice is so weird and doesn't express Weiss's cuteness.
